Helen's initial training as a hypnotherapist was with the late David Lesser at his college in Birmingham. “Lesserian™ Curative Hypnotherapy” is a type of hypnotherapy that specialises in finding the root cause of a problem. Over the years Helen has found this method to be hugely beneficial and effective for bringing about lasting, positive, change.
